To access Microsoft Office 365 email, you must use Okta authentication. To secure your login, go to the GNTC website and click on the Okta Single Sign-On link.
Once you activate your account with Okta, you can log into your Office 365 email. You will need to enter your GNTC student email address as your username and password. This default password will be the same as your Microsoft email account. However, you can change this password after the initial setup. Your new password should include upper and lower-case letters, special characters, and at least fourteen characters. GNTC OneDrive
GNTC uses Microsoft Office 365 to provide students with web-based student email and document management. OneDrive email includes 1 Terabyte of cloud storage space from Microsoft. GNTC strongly encourages students to use OneDrive to store documents and other files for school-related purposes. GNTC employees must attend Cybersecurity Training regularly, as well as participate in periodic Cybersecurity Test Campaigns that assess their knowledge of commonly used cyber threats.
