From eating right to working out at least 5 times a week, we do so many things to stay fit. However, do only eating the right foods and exercising matter and are key to our good health? Well, the answer is no! When it is about maintaining good health, so many other things matter too.  As a matter of fact, our hormones need to work properly. One of the most important hormones that determine the health of any female is estrogen. The monthly menstrual cycle, reproductive cycle, sexual drive, everything is related to estrogen. Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds are loaded with high amounts of antioxidants which are called lignans. Lignans are quite similar to estrogen or they can be called phytoestrogen. If you are reaching menopause or have found a slight decline in the estrogen level in your body, you must start eating flaxseeds. Apart from this, flaxseeds also help in improving cholesterol, promote weight loss, and lower pressure in the body. You can munch flaxseeds or add some to your breakfast. You can also add flaxseeds to the batters of a muffin or a cake.

Dry Fruits

Dry fruits come with several health benefits. They contain many nutrient values and help in increasing the estrogen level in women. You can add dry fruits in various Indian recipes and even can eat them in snacks. If you exercise regularly, you can eat a small number of dry fruits half an hour before you start your workout. And in dry fruits, you can eat dried apricots, dates, and prunes more. To get the best effect, you can add these dry fruits to milk and have a delicious breakfast.

Red wine

Maintaining or balancing hormones does not mean you have to give up on your favorite drinks and foods. And if you are a wine lover, here is good news for you. Garlic

Not many of us know that garlic is a great food to add to your diet if you want to boost your estrogen level in the body. To get the best result, you can eat 2-3 cloves of garlic in the early morning with lukewarm water.

Peaches

Fruits are always good for health and peach is certainly one of the best when it comes to increasing the estrogen level in a woman’s body. Rich in lignans, peaches can be consumed daily without a second thought.
